We seek for genuine buyer's of BLCO on FOB and TTO on Nigeria's and Ghana waters.If Buyer has a vessels we will invite his vessels along with super cargo for loading at the NNPC Terminal.
To mitigate the risk for FOB we expect buyers to block funds in their account in accordance with our banker's knowledge and upon that we would issue ATB. Note that the money is blocked in Buyer's account and not seller's account.
Alteratively buyer may agree with seller on how much to block.We prefer an FOB with vessels information so we can load and assist buyer escort vessels to International waters from the terminal.
