this are the procedures.

TTO PROCEDURE

12.1 SELLER ISSUE SPA, BUYER SIGN SPA AND DEPOSITE COPY IN HIS BANK. RETURN TO SELLER WITH A COPY OF N2M COORPERATE CHEQUE AND HIS ATB FORMAT AND SUPERCARGO/INSPECTORS SCANNED PASSPORTS.

12.2 SELLER AND BUYER COME TOGETHER WITH BUYERS SUPERGO AND INSPECTOERS TOMORROW MORNING , SELLER GIVES BUYER MARINE ATB AND CLEARANCE, BUYER RELEASES N2M CASH TO SELLER OUT OF THE COORATE CHEQUE MONEY. SELLER BOARD BUYER’S SUPERCARGO/INSPECTOR UPON LOADED VESSEL AT BONNY WATERS WITH NNPC CHOPER WHILE THE BUYER AND SELLER REMAINS TOGETHER IN THE HOTEL.

12.3 UPON BOARDING AND CONFIRMATION OF CARGO, LOADED VESSEL .BUYER ESCROW 50M NARIA TO SELLER ACCT. CAPTAIN SENDS ATTESTATION TO BUYER AND BUYER’S INSPECTORS CONDUCT Q AND Q WHILE SUPER CARGO REMAIN ON BOARD,


12.4 SELLER MOVES VESSEL TO COTOUN WATER , AFTER CONFIRMING Q AND Q RESULT, BUYER PLACE MT 103/102 FOR THE ENTIRE CARGO,THE INSTRUMENT CRYSTALIZE INTO CASH TO ALL PARTIES AS SIGNED IN THE CONTRACT.

12.5 SELLER CONNECTS BUYER WITH VESSEL HANDLER TO ENABLE BUYER RECHARTER AND TAKE OVER VESSEL.

12.6 VESSEL SAILS TO BUYER’S POINT OF DISCHARGE.

12.7 NEXT TRANSACTION COMMENCES.

FOB PROCEDURE
DELIVERY TERMS AND PAYMENTS PROCEDURE
7.1.Upon signing and sealing this SPA and Authority To Load (ATL) by the END BUYER only and returning same with Buyers VESSEL PARTICULARS including the (Q88 and CPA), charter or pre-charter invoice to the seller.
7.2. VESSLE sail to Bonny Terminal for Loading after Verification of Buyer’s Vessel Particulars to be valid.
7.3. Seller will guarantee the clearance of Buyers VESSEL in and out of Bonny Terminal.
7.4 Buyer issues PROOF OF FUND, Buyer VESSEL is led into the Terminal for Loading.

7.5 Buyer elect to perform Q & Q inspection of his VESSEL after loading, until and when the Q & Q is completed and vessel is ready to sail to its final destination.
7.6 Upon completion of outturn Buyers INSTRUMENT immediately TURN TO CASH.
documents will be as follow:
I. Delivery Discharge Certificate signed by SELLER and Buyer’s Captain confirming the outturn discharge quantity of crude oil into M/T xxxx.
II. Seller’s Final Commercial Invoice.
III. Buyer’s Letter of acceptance of the quality of the cargo loaded on Seller’s vessel and their instruction to transfer the cargo into Buyer’s vessel.

RACKET BOARD AND LOAD PROCEDURE

1. Seller and buyer sign MOU and return with vessel details
2. Seller and buyer paymaster stay together in comfortable place for both: seller open communication
3. Buyer board seller super cargo
4. Both vessel long sides
5. Buyer paymaster pay after transshipment
