PROCEDURE:

1. Seller sends MOU to Buyer and Buyer sign and returns it with vessel details Q88, CPA, CHARTERED INVOICE.
2. Seller meet with buyer’s paymaster to confirm readiness to pay as soon as loading is confirmed, Buyer board Seller Supercargo in his vessel to lead the captain to point of loading.
3. Seller, paymaster and facilitators remain in the same hotel till the end of transaction.
4. Buyer paymaster makes lodging logistics available.
5. upon confirmation of loading from buyers supercargo and his captain buyer pays 25% of cargo cost.
6. Upon buyer makes final payment for full cargo and to all commission agents and vessel is allowed to sail.
