• Seller vessel in Nigeria Water issue MARINE ETA/NOR GHANA SGS/HARBOUR MASTER UPON ARRIVAL ISSUE MARINE ATB and Buyer obtain clearance on behalf of Inspectors and Supercargo to conduct Q&Q, Q&Q result copied to Seller within 72hur, Buyer Supercargo remaining on board.
• Upon Q&Q result Seller present documents and Vessel re-chatter, Buyer pays cash by KTT 103 for total cargo to Seller & all nominated accounts.
