FOB TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1. Buying release ICPO

2. Seller and Buyer sign seal agreement

3. Seller provides the following documents to buyer (Certificate of Origin, Statement of Product Availability, Commitment to Supply, Company Tax Payer Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Tank Receipt, Act transfer of title ownership and Dip Test Analysis Report, conditional DTA which will be activated upon when buyer provides port clearance letter to storage company which will grant buyers inspection team permission to perform DIP Inspection)

4. Buyer receive PPOP and verify product availability and then submits port clearance letter to storage company and copy to sellers company.

5. Upon confirmation of clearance letter by storage company and seller's company, storage company gives Access and assistance to buyer's inspection team to perform Dip inspection of Quality and quantity.

6. Upon satisfactory of inspection result by buyer, buyer pays for the product Via letter of credit and then seller transfer ownership to buyers favor.

7. All intermediaries are paid commission upon successful lifting of the product by buyer.

8. Seller will assist buyer to provide all required document requested by port authorities that will enhance successful loading and shipment.

9. Seller or Storage farm company can render assist to buyer in obtaining Clearance letter at buyers choice or request.
