NNPC LOADED VESSEL OF BLCO SET FOR TTO FROM GHANA

The buyer and seller meet themselves on ZOOM Conference. Or WhatsApp Video conference call.

Seller releases the SPA to buyer.

The buyer sends a letter from his bank stating that buyer has the financial capacity to take over a loaded vessel of 2 million barrels. Ghana. And returns the signed SPA.


The buyer will be given authorization by NNPC to board the vessel. For total confirmation and proof of products.

After the proof of product, payment arrangements is reached by the two parties. And buyer then places instrument for the entire cargo.

NNPC / Seller transfer loaded documents to buyer’s name.

Buyers confirm their new documents

Final payment is effected. As stated out in the signed SPA.

All intermediaries paid
their commission according to their Fee Protection Agreement.
