PURCHASE PROCEDURE
1. Buyer counter-sign SPA and
supercargo details.
2. Seller and buyer meet and buyer
issues scan draft of 10m naira in
favour of seller .
1. Seller board supercargo/
inspector with buyer’s supercargo
1. Buyer supercargo/inspector
confirms product and places
instrument
immediately after confirmation of
product. And release’s the 10m hard
copy draft.
1. Buyer brings in his vessel for
Transhipment
1. Trans-shipment of product on
Buyer’s vessel takes place
immediately
and Buyer’s Supercargo confirms
the trans-shipment to Buyer.
1. Buyer’s Inspector submits the
Q&Q report within 4 hours and Buyer
receives soft copy of official cargo
documents (DC & MR) as issued by
NNPC
and Seller’s PFI to Buyer for
payment.
1. Buyer’s Bank SWIFT payment for
the full cargo into Seller’s Account
and that of all commissioned Agents/
Facilitators.
1. Hard copies of all necessary
documents are handed over to the
Buyer.
1. Buyer’s vessel is FREE to sail away
with the product. .
