PROCEDURES

1. BUYER ISSUE’S CP & ICPO WITH BANKING DETAIL TO TRANSORIENT INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY
2. SELLER ISSUE’S SPA AND BUYER AND SELLER SIGN THE FINAL CONTRACT.
3. WITHIN 24 TO 48 BANK WORKING HOURS FROM RECEIVING A RWA LETTER FROM THE BUYER SEALED BY THE BUYER'S BANK AND SENT VIA BUYER'S BANK BY EMAIL TO THE SELLER'S BANK, SELLER'S BANK SHALL RELEASE :
a. DTA,
b. TSR &,
c. FULL POP TO BUYER'S BANK.
4. WITHIN 24H FROM RECEIVING THE DTA, TSR & POP BUYER'S BANK ISSUES A SBLC TO SELLER'S BANK.
5. AFTER SUCCESSFUL DIP TEST (Q&Q) BY THE BUYER, SELLER ISSUES COMMERCIAL INVOICE TO BUYER AND BUYER PAYS BY MT 103 WITHIN 48 HOURS, AS WELL AS ISSUE AN IRDLC AS A GUARANTEE PAYMENT FOR THE MONTHLY SHIPMENT AND CONCURRENTLY BUYER PAYS INTERMEDIARIES AS PER SIGNED NCND/IMFPA.
6. SELLER WITHIN 24 HOURS ISSUE BILL OF LADING UPON COMPLETION OF VESSEL LOADING, TRANSFER TITLE TO THE BUYER, ISSUE A 2% PB AND RELEASE FULL POP.
7. DELIVERY COMMENCES.
8. CONTRACT ROLLS ON.

NOTES:
1. The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and United Nation convention trade and commerce and subject to the interpretation of intercom 2010 edition for shipping to apply.
2. The quality of each delivered lot of Goods at the port of loading shall be tested in the manner customary for international standards SGS report.
3. The procedure is non-negotiable.
