PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer and Seller sign the SPA contract

2. Buyers Bank sends a RWA(Ready ,Willing & Able) Letter by SWIFT MT199 and pre-adviced LC (non-operative LC) to seller's bank.

3. Seller's bank issue a 2% PB (Operative into buyers bank within 72 Hrs) to activate buyers SBLC for 90 days.

4. Buyer's LC become operative...for 60 days.

5. Seller load the vessel and send full shipping docs, and assigned to consignee (buyer's name) withing 15-20 business days.

6. Buyer's bank is transferring funds by MT103-/...as per Contract, in according to the ICC - 600 (and all last amendments). Payment will be done immediately, after a Master's of the vessel manifest/by Telex.."follow up to the port of unloading, ETA on the _______date +/- 4 hours." Q & Q Certificates, should be provided and confirmed by SGS International.
