If you are close to a buyer who is dealing with direct offtaker for BLCO, let them agree to write undertaking to block #100M upon confirmation and attestation of product, then seller will give them ATB to board and confirm product, then they block funds before Q&Q in Nigeria or Ghana.

OR

Buyer issue undertaking to pay #5M naira cash into seller's account as cost of NOR and logistics upon confirmation of NOR to Ghana and issue a blocked fund of #100M naira in favour of seller/fiduciary agent valid for 30 days for the movement of vessel to Ghana. Scanned copy of the blocked fund shall be copied to relevant emails.
