The Seller is a very powerful force in the industry, and owns his own production of all the products he sells.
My contact speaks with him regularly. His company was founded by the ruler of a middle eastern country and he purchased it and has built it up over the years.
There are currently 3 ships that can immediately be loaded in Nigeria and sent to any world location except, for now, China Mainland.

5-11 There shall be opening for Two vessels of VLCC (VERY LARGE CRUDE CARRIERS) . Each is 2 million barrels capacity for CIF . But also need to be fast if the buyer meet up all requirement as stated earlier for CIF and those two vessels of 2 million Barrel capacity can be engaged for more a year if the buyer has got the fund and all requirement for CIF as earlier stated.
