This seller has plenty of BLCO for you to get for the New Year Before the shut down.

Once I have your LOI/CP you will be on your way to communicating with the seller DIRECT and be guided through to a transparent and smooth transaction.

Here is non negotiable procedure from the seller: (CIF, FOB)

1) If Buyer signs contract and gives me a RWA
2) I can give them Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, ATS and ATB & Clearance all in the buyers name for physical inspection.
3) Then before Q&Q the instrument will need to be immediately placed.
4) All this should be stated in the RWA.
5) RWA needs to come from buyers bank.
6) Must be a top bank and confirmable.
