QUANTITY: MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 140,000MT ( ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND METRIC TONS) .
PRICE: $12 LESS 8 ($2.00 for Buyer's side and $2.00 Seller's Side.

PROCEDURE: TTO
1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Contract including banking coordinates. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.

2. Buyer returns the contract for the loaded vessel (MT SERENEA) plus ATB FORMATS.


3. Seller confirms the charter and releases Marine ATB and CLEARANCE and boards the buyer`s inspector and supercargo on board the loaded vessel in Ghana waters at buyer’s expense.


4 . While the supercargo remain on board, Inspectors come down with sample, Buyer acknowledges invitation letter of the loading

5. After successful Q &Q analysis,
Inspection agents send the copy of Q&Q report to the buyer/Seller & their respective banks. Buyer places MT103 & pays for the entire cargo by swift to Seller, Agents/Transaction Coordinators as specified in the Signed contract.

6.Buyer re-charters the vessel through the shipping agent company/vessel owners.

7. Upon placement of charter, Buyer’s bank shall effect payment via KTT Wire transfer in United States DOLLARS directly to Seller's nominated bank account for the entire cargo based on the out-turn barrels in the Q&Q Report, and simultaneously effect Payment by Swift Wire Transfer directly to the commission agents as stipulated in the IMFPA less ALL ADVANCES.

8. After full payment is made, Seller hands over hard copies of all cargo document.
