I have a buyer who sources for majors. The #1 most important FIRST step is that they require a letter from the sellers prime World bank that they have the capability to finance the 2% PB. Afterwards, the buyer will offer a letter from their bank proving they have the financial capability to finance the purchase. If you are a seller who can, NOT set up the PB, but first offer a letter from their bank attesting to the fact that they can finance the PB, I can introduce you to the buyer's people. This buyer sources for majors and can eventually purchase all you can supply and most likely for as long as you can supply it. You may never have to look for another buyer again.
