Requirement 1.

*Procedure – CIF PORT OF SPAIN & ROTTERDAM *

1) Seller's signed contract is dispatched to buyer.
2) Buyer returns the signed contract, which will be deposited by both parties in their respective banks.
3) Buyer’s Bank swift RWA Letter to Seller’s bank and copy Seller asking for 2% Non-Operative PB to be activated by Seller’s SBLC MT760 –Prime top world banks only
4) Sellers bank confirms RWA and places a non-operative 2% PB to be activated by Buyer’s SBLC MT760 – prime top world banks only
5) Buyer’s issuing bank confirm 2% PB and swift the SBLC MT760 to seller’s bank, which activates seller’s 2% PB – Prime top world banks only
7) Upon receipt and verification of the buyer’s SBLC MT760, seller nominates and loads the vessel naming Seller as Consignor and Buyer as Consignee in the Bill of Lading.
8) Loaded vessel captain issues NOR/ETA to buyer’s POD. Buyer’s POD acknowledges the NOR / ETA
9) Vessel proceeds to buyer’s POD with periodic ETA
10) Upon arrival at buyer’s POD, captain issues ATB to buyer’s inspectors for Q&Q analysis
11) Q&Q analysis is performed by Buyer’s inspector (SGS or alternative) and the report is presented to both buyer and seller
12) Seller issues a commercial invoice to the buyer and within 48- 72 hours of Q&Q report, Buyer’s bank makes payment on out-turn barrels via TT against SBLC 760 following discharge of cargo into storage tanks and issuance of Q&Q report for the full cargo value to seller's account, and
simultaneously makes payment into all agent's / facilitator's accounts on the contract.
14) Vessel sails for next delivery
