PROCEDURES:

1. Seller and Buyer sign/seal the contract and deposit in their respective banks. Seller sends ATS to buyer bank and buyer’s secure email.
2a. After signing of Agreement between Buyer and Seller. Sellers Bank reply to Buyers' Bank via swift MT 999/199/799 stating their readiness to give an Non-operative 2%PB along with PPOP to Buyer Bank.
3. Upon the receipt of sellers PB 2% and PPOP, then Buyer within 48-72hrs swift an Non - Operative , Non-Transferable LC/ DLC/ IRDLC Covering the one month shipment total cost of cargo (2MBBL) .
4. Upon the receipt of Buyer Non-Operative, Non-Transferable LC/DLC/IRDLC. Seller nominates vessel in Buyer’s favor, issues Notice of Readiness (NOR), Expected time of arrival ETA to the buyer’s port of discharge, Vessel commence voyage to buyers port .
5. Seller’s bank send to Buyers bank all valid shipping documents, in Buyers name
6. Vessel sails to discharge port where Q&Q analysis is conducted by Buyer’s nominated Inspection Company. Inspection Company must be SGS, Saybolt or comparable inspection company.
7. Vessel discharges its cargo at Buyer’s designated port and within three (3) international banking days after Buyer has received the Discharge Report and all relevant documents presented by the Seller, as shall be confirmed by the vessel Captain, Buyer makes payment United States Dollars by MT 103 directly to Seller’s Nominated Bank Account.
