Items that we are seeking are only offers from legal seller with verifiable documentation.

many products but our refineries at present prefer BLCO.

We also will take over distressed or failed transactions but at that point everything has to be upfront.

We will take BLCO that is on the water and seller will have title to product. POP and or vessel info bank to bank. (This means legal seller and buyer no one else!!) on all offered transactions.
