We will urgently buy 3 crude oil tankers in Chinese waters according to the trial procedure and ask not to offer other procedures, after the trial shipment a financial instrument for an annual contract will be issued,
target discount 9/5 USD/bbl, the commission is paid by the seller,
unloading tanks are ready in port, please do not waste time on empty offers and ask not to demand financial instrument for this transaction.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE:

1. Seller provides CI and vessels documents and provides the details of shipping agency of seller to company to Buyer.
2. Buyer sign CI and issue ATB format, name port inspectors in ATB format,
captain issue ATB to buyer name, copy to port Administration,
3. Upon verification, Buyer pays for ATB - boarding clearance and
Buyer issues boarding logistics to port of discharge.
4. Seller issues ATB to the buyer for QNQ.( CIQ)
5. Upon successful QnQ Buyer pays via MT103.
6. Transaction resolves
