Authentic seller needed

Buyers Published date: March 10, 2015

Our process is actually simple:

Please kindly go through this procedure and see if you and the seller can deal

1. We receive name of seller and proof of allocation from NNPC or any of its IOC partners.

2. We cross check proof of allocation at the Bonny Line Terminal

3. We send to seller, letter of intention to purchase CIF and financial proof of ability to purchase.

4. Buyer sends terms of purchase I.e. preferred process

5. We negotiate on behalf of the buyer

6. We let the respective banks finalize transactions

7. Process ends, agreements are signed, deal commences

8. We get paid.

We are dealing with a large number of sellers, many of whom are fake. We don't have the time to be meeting with everyone and signing agreements when we don't even know if they are legit. For us, the process starts when we receive proof of allocation and have cross checked its authenticity.
