I am a top business consultant trying to help a client with a stalled transaction.

The buyer is well qualified Chinese company that is a JV with a state owned entity.

There is an oil trading company in the middle.

The buyer wants to buy 2m barrels of BLCO on a spot purchase followed by 10m barrels per month on a three year term contract with an option to extend another five years.

We need a reliable supplier than can provide proof of produce including a Q88 and SGS (Full POP info) as the buyer is ready to perform but the current supplier cannot provide the documents required.

We are not the buyer but just consultants trying to help the clients resolve their problem.
