Nominations, Shipment & Procedures.

1. Seller provides pre-signed SPA

2. Buyer signs SPA contract.

3. Seller issues Acceptance letter.

4. Buyer's Bank shall issue an RWA willingness to issue DLC-MT700 to Sellers fiduciary bank.

5. Sellers's Bank issues an RWA willingness to accept swift DLC-MT700 from buyer.

6. Buyer's bank issue a *swift MT 700 DLC DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT* covering 2 million barrels to *SELLER'S CHINESE MAINLAND /ASIAN FIDUCIARY ACCOUNT*

7. SELLER transfers & credits buyer's bank with the sum cash of $100,000.00(HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ONLY) deductible at total payment, *in lieu of performance bond* .

8. Upon confirmation of Buyer’s Instruments, Vessel Captain shall be Instructed to give NOR. When the vessel arrives within 10 nautical

miles of the discharge port, the captain shall use his satellite

telephone to contact buyer’s Shipping Agent (xxxxxxx Shipping AgencyCo. Ltd.) and issues DTA to the buyer, then Shipping Agent will provide the ETA format to vessel captain, after Captain fills the

table of application and issues to Shipping Agent who will apply the

form, the captain to submit the application to the Port Authority for

port clearance and discharge.

卖方油轮到达卸货港12海里海域，船长用国际移动电话联络中心买方船务代理公司（xxxx船务代理人）并发送DTA给买家，然后船务代理公司将发出ETA格式并告知卖方船公司向港务局提出进港卸货申请。

9. The ship owner will submit the application formally with the Port

Authority management office. When the Port Authority accepts the

application, arrangements for the oil tanker to enter the port will be

made and a permit to enter the port will be

issued.卖方船主将通过正式手续向港务管理方提出进港申请，當港方接受申请，并安排油轮进行进港相关程序，发出进港许可证。

10. When the oil tanker anchored at the out-side port of discharge

terminal, buyer will provide the passport copy of the CIQ inspectors.

The captain will issue MATB for the CIQ inspector to conduct CIQ/Q&Q

inspection and to seal the vessel cargo.

油船到达卸货港区外侧港口锚定时，买方提供CIQ人员的护照，船长发出MATB文件，以便CIQ人员上船做CIQ / Q＆Q检验，并进行封船手续

11. Within 72 hours of discharge and satisfactory CIQ report, seller’s

banking with seller’s invoice after received the CIQ report within 3

banking days shall submit all listed Documents in exchange for payment

to buyer’s bank.

12. Then, buyer’s bank will inform seller’s bank of the / MT-103/ TT payment

TT货款

Next shipment commences.
