Please be advised that we are able and ready to proceed with this transaction based on the following simple procedure.
Any buyer without RWA is not considered . It is a MUST to provide RWA to NNPC before proceeding with any BLCO transaction.
NNPC does not issue PB but we will issue the PB.
NNPC does not accept DLC but we will accept and in turn issue the SBLC to NNPC.
This is a serious seller and i want only serious buyers or mandate to contact me.
Seller side commission is always closed so 0.50cents is closed on the buy side to pay intermediaries commission.

CIF china long term contract

Seller sends Sales and Purchase Agreement
Buyer sign and return with nor and atb format.
Buyer bank issue RWA for full cargo and swift to seller bank and copy seller for follow up.
Seller issue the non–operative 2%pb to buyer
Buyer place dlc mt700 for the total cargo.
Seller load and issue cargo document in seller/buyer name.
Seller issues NOR/ETA and sail to buyer port of discharge in China.
Upon arrival captain issue atb and buyer inspection team board and conduct qq.
Buyer place mt103/23 for total cargo value per qq report.
Vessel discharge into buyer storage and buyer make full payment via mt103.
Seller convey all cargo document in buyer name.
Vessel disengage and return for another trip.
