- Buyer issues pre-advice via mt799 via Swift readiness to issue instrument
- Seller posts his 2% non-operative performance bond.
- Buyers bank issues SBLC/mt799/mt103/23/mt760 to activate the 2% pb
-Seller loads vessel in buyer’s name
- Buyer confirms cargo DOCUS which shall be properly reflected on NNPC DATA BASE at bonny terminal.
- Upon arrival at POD vessel captain issue MATB and perform QNQ at buyer's expense
-Within 48 banking hours of positive QNQ, buyers pay via MT 103 wire swift transfer to sellers designated accounts.

CIF TO ASWP BLCO@$10/5NET.{ESCROW PROCEDURE -ESCROW ACCOUNT}
- SPA is signed, sealed and returned with a notarized copy of the DOI (DEED OF INDEMNITY)
- Seller assents his seal on the DOI and confirms buyer's ESCROW payment in the NOMINATED NNPC ESCROW ACCOUNT.
- After confirmation, seller sends back to buyer the sealed copy of the DOI and letter of confirmation from NNPC.
- Seller issues MATB/MNOR/ETA
- Seller sails vessel to buyer's POD for QNQ
- After positive QNQ, the ESCROW money turns to cash.
- Payment is made by buyer via mt103/TT WIRE.

BLCO ON CIF TO ASWP@$9/5NET{BLOCK FUNDS FROM SELLER)
- SPA is signed,sealed ad returned with
(a) Passport copy of the issue.
(b) Certificate of business registration of issuer.
(c) Filled CIS form issued by the buyer in their letter head (verbiage attached)
(d)ATV &BLOCK FUNDS in buyer's favour for 1year/6months. (Verbiages attached)
(e)Letter of confirmation for proof of funds from buyer's bank. (Sample attached).
(f) Screenshot of buyers account. (Sample attached)
- Seller instructs his bank to confirm
- Seller officially writes to notify buyer of administrative block funds completion.
- Buyer sends NOR format.
-Seller issues shipment schedules for the first month of 10m barrels
- Seller nominates and load vessel to cover the instrument-shipment of the 10m barrels
- Vessel captain issues NOR/ETA to buyers POD
- On arrival QNQ is effected
-Payment is made via mt103/TT within 72hrs after discharge of Crude oil at buyer's storage.

BLCO TTO NIGERIA/GHANA/COTONOU.
(1) {ESCROW PROCEDURE - ESCROW ACCOUNT}@$11/6net.
- SPA is signed, sealed and returned with the DEED of INDEMNITY notarized in high Court.
-Seller assents his signature/seal on the deed of indemnity and confirms buyer's ESCROW in the NOMINATED NNPC ESCROW ACCOUNT.
-AFTER confirmation, seller sends back to buyer the sealed copy of the DOI and letter of confirmation from NNPC.
-Seller issues MATB/MNOR/ETA
-Seller sails vessel 10-12 nautical miles to buyer's POD for QNQ.
-After positive QNQ, the escrow payment turns to cash.
-Payment is made by buyer via mt103.
Note: if buyer fails to board his SUPERCARGO or pay via mt103 after QNQ, buyer will pay total sum of $10,000,000=$5,000,000 for default charge and $5,000,000 for logistics

(2)TTO GHANA@$13/5NET.
- SPA is signed, sealed, returned with CIS & bank RWA
-Seller issues cargo Documents, ATS & MNOR to buyer.
- Buyer confirms and place instrument of mt799/mt760
-Seller moves vessel to 10 nautical miles TTO point in either Ghana, Cotonou, Lomé or Nigerian waters.
-At arrival seller issues MATB
- QNQ is effected immediately.
-Buyer pays after successful QNQ within 48hrs via mt103 cash.
