LETTER OF INTENT (L O I)

With full corporate authority & corporate responsibility on behalf of
our principals, we formally write this letter of intent to purchase/pay for
a Two million barrel of BLCO in Ghana waters based on the procedure
as stated below viz:

1. Vessel between 10-12 nautical miles
2. Announcement is made in buyers name to the harbor master in Ghana.
3. Marine ATB/CLEARANCE issued, Supercargo/Inspector board loaded vessel
4. Buyer place an instrument of $500,000.00 (=N=100Million) in favor of seller,
(STONE INT’L LTD) becomes cashable after QnQ
4. Buyer place an instrument MT103 for the product and pays all

{2} PROCEDURE;
My buyer also can go with seller that can take super cargo on board free { FREE BOARDING} in Nigeria water.
