Price: Discount of $11.00 LESS $4.00 ($7.00 NET TO BUYER, $2.00/BBL BUYER SIDE $2.00/BBLS SELLER MANDATE SIDE). The price for each Barrel of Bonny Light Crude Oil delivered out-turned barrels shall be Dated Brent” on the date of Bill of Lading as published by McGraw Hill market. Our standard procedure is listed below.
PROCEDURE FOR TTT BLCO ( STANDARD )
1. Seller Releases her signed SPA AND vessel detailed information for tracking and confirmation
2. Buyer sign and seal the Contract with Vessel details for issuance of NOR and banking Coordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail , the electronic and signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and must not be changed. The executed SPA is lodged with their respective banks.
3. Buyer track vessel confirms location and availability then sends vessel details for NOR upon receiving of NOR, buyer swifts MT199 blocked fund for the entire Cargo in favour of the seller and hardcopy delivered at Seller’s Bank.
4. Seller through his Banks confirms the above instruments, captain of sellers vessels open communication with the buyer’s vessel and the buyer’s vessel longsides for transshipment.
5. After successful Transshipment buyers appointed inspectors conduct Q&Q analysis and Buyer Place MT103.
6. Seller confirms instrument and releases loaded cargo documents in favour of the Buyer and hardcopy delivered to Buyer’s Bank. Buyer make full Payment via Swift Wire Transfer for total cargo to the Seller’s nominated bank account and every other designated bank account on for the transaction within 48 hours.
NOTE: If the buyer does not have vessel we can help him chatter one.
