BUYER WANTS BLCO IN CHINA TANK FARM - ONSHORE

There are the conditions for closing the contract.

1. Seller must give Buyer Tank storage receipt, name of tank owner.
2. ATS of onshore tanker.
3. Seller must accept my HSBC or ICBC, DLC/BCL internal block fund.
4. SELLER issue DTA to buyer
5. CIQ
6. MT 103-23 with TT payment or unlock internal block fund

Buyer will buy OIL CIF basis with BCL block fund. He wants blco in onshore tank. No RWA letter.

This buyer is willing to close this transaction, buyer has agreed that is good, we can close this deal very shortly.
